Shipping info
Order Shipping Delivery dates are based on two factors*:
- - Order preparation time.
- - Transportation, which will depend on the delivery address of the office of the courier company GLS.
* Delivery dates may vary if the products of your order are out of stock in our warehouse.
Delivery times
- Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday: they will be delivered the day after the order is placed (except Saturdays and Sundays).
- Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 pm: they will be delivered on Tuesday.
- Los pedidos realizados el viernes después de las las 13.30h: serán entregados el martes.
*Delivery times and dates are calculated in working days. Holidays are excluded.
Shipping forms
The transport company GLS will deliver your order within 24/48 hours. The shipping cost is 14,99€. If your order is over 29.50€, the shipping costs are FREE. Delivery with signature. You will have a tracking number which you can check on GLS.
International: International shipments are delivered within 4-5 days. The company in charge of the transport is GLS. For shipments over €60 the shipping cost is € 9.99 Your delivery will be certified and you will have a tracking number to check where your package is.
Orders to islands will be sent with the Post Office and the shipping cost may vary.
